Would you like to return your order?

We understand that your personal preferences play a major role in choosing the right products for optimal smoking pleasure. Sometimes it may happen that our product does not quite fit you. This is why we always give you a 14-day smoking trial 😉

 

Are you sure?

Unfortunate to hear you want to return the order! But of course no problem.

Below we have outlined the steps to make the process as easy as possible. We will then do our best to process everything as quickly as possible.

Step 1: Pack the product in the original box or packaging.

Step 2: Send an email with your order number and reason for return to: support@open-your-mind.com. We will respond as soon as possible with return instructions.

Step 3: Print out the return form and add it to the package according to instructions.

Step 4: Drop the return off at a parcel point of your choice. Use a parcel service with track and trace to ensure the package arrives safely to us. Note: Keep the proof of delivery from the parcel point!

Step 5: Once the return has arrived we will process it and ensure that you receive the purchase price including shipping costs within 7-14 working days. The cost of the return are paid by the customer.
