Orders

What is the delivery time of my order?

On average, your order will be delivered within 2-4 business days. If the delivery time takes longer please contact us.

Why haven't I received a confirmation of my order?

You should have received an email confirmation within 12 hours. Don't forget to check your junk mail folder.

Didn’t receive a confirmation? Send an e-mail to support@open-your-mind.com with your first and last name and the e-mail address you used to place the order. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I still change my order?

We do our best to process all orders quickly. If you want to change something please contact us as soon as possible. Possibly we can still change something.

Payment and shipping costs

How much are the shipping costs?

We do not chare shipping costs on orders above €50. For orders under €50, we charge shipping costs of €4.95.

Is VAT included in the pricing?

Yes, all our prices include VAT.

Fun fact: if you buy weed in a coffeeshop in the Netherlands, no VAT is calculated. Selling weed and hash is tolerated in the Netherlands but not legal, therefore no sales tax (VAT) can be charged on it. More fun facts and information can be found in our knowledge center.

Which payment options do we provide?

At this moment we offer the following payment options:

We are working to add AfterPay, Klarna and Credit Cards. Due to the nature of our business (cannabis related) our payment provider Mollie does not give us access to these payment options yet. You can also buy our products through Amazon, to have several other payment options available.

From which countries can I place an order?

At this moment we offer our products in the whole European Union. In the future we will add other continents as well, so stay tuned!

Delivery

What is the current status of my order?

After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation. We understand that you
want to use our Open Your Mind products as soon as possible, so we do our best to process this quickly.

Once the order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this link to track the status of your order.

Returning or canceling

What is the return period?

We understand that your personal preference plays a big role in choosing the right products for optimal smoking pleasure. Sometimes it may happen that our product does not quite fit you. Therefore we always give you a 14-day smoking trial 😉

How can I return my order?

What a pity that you want to return your Open Your Mind order! But no problem of course. To make it as easy as possible we have described on this page all the steps to return the
order.

It is also possible to send an e-mail directly to support@open-your-mind.com with the following information: first and last name used for the order, the order number and the reason why you want to return the order. We will get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions.

I want to cancel my order, is that possible?

What a pity! We would like to hear from you as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order, sometimes this is still possible when the order has not yet been processed. Please send an email with your order number to: support@open-your-mind.com
